Lapis Lazuli is a stone of inner wisdom, intuition, truth, and higher consciousness. Lapis is found in several parts of the world, but the most famous and historically significant source is Afghanistan. It is also found in Russia (Siberia), Chile (Andes Mountain), Pakistan (near the Afghanistan border), Italy, Burma, and the United States (California and Colorado).
