Reventia Sterling Designs guarantees that our jewelry is of the highest quality workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within thirty (30) days of the date of your purchase.
You may contact your Ambassador or contact Customer Relations by email at reventiadesigns@gmail.com. If you believe that your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, within a year of purchase, you may return it to us and if we determine that your jewelry is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair it, or, if we deem it appropriate, we will replace the item. If the item is no longer available, Reventia will replace it with like-kind or allow a credit equal to the selling price of the jewelry. Please maintain a copy of your original or emailed receipt to demonstrate that you are the original customer.
Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, such as variations in color, inclusions, visible or otherwise, in gemstones and semi-precious gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered to be part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.
