My Sterling Journey

In recent years, several sterling silver companies have closed their doors for various reasons, including rising silver prices, mismanagement, and challenges associated with the direct sales model. I was recently informed by a customer that I am one of the few woman-owned sterling silver jewelry companies remaining, which, while surprising, is indeed accurate.
I have always embraced innovation and adaptability in my approach to business. Listening to my customers is paramount, and I have recognized a strong demand for original jewelry, whether through our online presence or at gem shows across the country.
Our Baroque Pearl Collection is particularly well-received, thanks to our commitment to ethically sourced AAA Quality Pearls, resulting in truly one-of-a-kind pieces. Additionally, our Navajo Pearl Collection continues to thrive, offering uniqueness and individuality that resonates with our clientele. I remain dedicated to my original Taxco artisans, and despite the rising costs of Taxco jewelry, I strive to minimize price increases for our customers by maintaining direct relationships with these artisans.
Moreover, I have adapted to the retail landscape in San Diego by opening boutiques tailored to the unique demographics and preferences of each community. I have observed that large corporate retailers often fail to connect with their local markets, which reinforces my commitment to a "know your community" model. This approach has been instrumental in the ongoing success of my retail operations.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your support, which has been vital in ensuring the continued success of my small business in a landscape dominated by larger corporations. It is a privilege to create and release new jewelry collections and I look forward to continuing this journey with you.
Thank you for being a part of Reventia. Warm regards, Sherri
